Entry Requirements

  • i. Pass in Matriculation or Foundation studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
  • ii. Pass in STPM or its equivalent, with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any 2 subjects and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
  • iii. Diploma in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT / Information Systems or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent; OR
  • iv. Any Diploma in science, technology, or business studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent, subject to internal assessment.

Applicants with CGPA between 2.00 and 2.49 may be admitted subject to a rigorous internal assessment. The Mathematics credit at SPM level may be waived if the qualification includes equivalent or higher Mathematics. Preference may be given to candidates with a credit in computing-related subjects at SPM or STPM level or equivalent.

International students: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent required
