Overview
A donor-funded scholarship established in memory of Lee Ah Kwee to support financially needy Malaysians pursuing selected Diploma programmes at TAR UMT’s Faculty of Built Environment (FOBE). The contributor is a former TARC student who wishes to give back.

- Diploma in Quantity Surveying (KL Main Campus)
- Diploma in Real Estate Management (KL Main Campus)
- Diploma in Building (KL Main Campus)
Eligibility
- Citizen of Malaysia
- Minimum 5As in SPM (or equivalent)
- Financially needy: total monthly income of parents/guardian is RM5,000 and below
What It Covers
- University fees as per student bill
- Tenure: normal duration to complete the Diploma programme
Terms & Conditions
- No concurrent scholarship/grant from other organisations
- Renewable every semester at the Sponsor’s absolute discretion, subject to satisfactory academic performance and conduct
- Maintain a CGPA of 2.75 every semester
- Award is disbursed through the TAR UMT Bursary

How to Apply
- Download the application form from the Financial Aid section of the TAR UMT website at the beginning of the June/July Semester
- Submit/email the completed form with relevant documents to the Faculty of Built Environment (FOBE) Office or mailbox at [email protected] before the closing date stated in the form
- Only shortlisted applicants will be interviewed by FOBE; only successful applicants will be notified
