MOHE approves pre-U enrolment using SPM trial results

If you’re planning to pursue a pre-university, certificate or diploma programme right after SPM, you’ll be glad to know that on 10 Dec 2020, the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) Malaysia has given the go-ahead to private higher education institution (IPTS) to enrol students using their SPM trial results or equivalent.
Here’s what you need to know:

All IPTS must prepare an agreement of understanding outlining the terms and conditions regarding the enrolment of students using their *SPM trial results. | All IPTS must also establish a clear fee refund policy under this arrangement. | All IPTS must comply with the provisions of Act 555 and its rules as well as other conditions set by the MOHE. |
